Screen applicants and filter aggressively
Send only top candidates to the sales manager
Maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates weekly

Compensation

Base + performance bonuses based on quality hires and retention.

Part-time role, annual compensation up to $35K/month + performance and retention bonus.
