/THE STORY

The AI coach that turns a pre-diabetes diagnosis into a clear 12-week plan.

Slim Simple AI serves adults newly at risk for type 2 diabetes with one focused outcome: a 12-week plan to lose 10 to 15 pounds and regain control. The app was built with React Native, Firebase, RevenueCat, and OpenAI, then shipped through approval on both stores.

Tyler L. worked in healthcare and understood the emotional moment after a diagnosis. Too often, people leave with a pamphlet, fear, and no practical plan. He had the insight, but not the product strategy or the technical path.

Inside AIPA, the blueprint became an app. Tyler L. did not write a line of code. AIPA's tech lead turned the plan into a full product and handled store submissions end to end. This is the story for the domain expert who knows the pain deeply and needs the right team to turn it into software.

Market (opportunity)
Roughly 98 million US adults are pre-diabetic, inside a digital diabetes-management market estimated in the high tens of billions.
Revenue
Live on the App Store, early stage, revenue figure kept private because of the founder.

Read the numbers this way: documented revenue is money already earned; market size and any “target” figure describe opportunity, not money earned. Category-level market sizes are estimates.
